A comprehensive, individually tailored session based on the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). The appointment combines an in-depth consultation with traditional TCM assessment methods and an individual treatment selected according to your current presentation. The consultation may include discussion of your current concerns, health history, lifestyle, sleep, digestion, energy levels, stress and other relevant factors. Traditional assessment may include observation of the tongue and pulse. Depending on the individual assessment, the treatment may include acupressure, stimulation of selected points and meridian pathways, Chinese herbal recommendations, principles of Chinese dietetics and personalised lifestyle guidance.
